CIVIL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
JDA can take a civil design project from inception to project completion. Services beyond design include preparation of contract documents including bid packages, construction estimates, permitting, bid notices, and bidding assistance to the owner. JDA can perform construction inspection and contract administration including interfacing with agencies, contractors and completing progress estimates for the owner.

Resident Engineer Services
Larger, more complex construction projects often justify having a full time Civil Engineer on site. JDA has provided Resident Engineer services to projects ranging from short duration yet complex projects to projects lasting well over a year in duration.

Federal and State Compliance Assistance
With many projects funded by Federal and State dollars additional attention must be given to project documentation and compliance with funding conditions. JDA is experienced with funding from CDBG Grants to Federal Loans and especially with regards to prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon requirements.
